Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of Russia

Plenary Session of the Supreme Court of Russia adopted a decree “On the Application by Courts of General Jurisdiction of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms from 4 November 1950 and Its Protocols”, in which the Supreme Court articulated its view on the application of the precedents of the European Court of Human Rights in Russia.
