The Council of the Federation endorsed the reform of supreme courts

The upper chamber of the Parliament voted unanimously

The Council of the Federation has  adopted unanimously and almost without debate the presidential amendments to the Constitution, purporting to abolish the Supreme Commercial Court. The amendments shall become effective upon being approved by at least 2/3 of regional legislatures (56 of 83).
